About
I grew up in Asunción, Paraguay, and started building early. At 23 I launched the country's first rental e-commerce platform as my thesis project. It was profitable in under six months. Two more companies followed, including Paraguay's first carpooling platform, before I moved to Germany in 2016 to scale mobility tech across Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Since then I've gone deep on the commercial engine of B2B SaaS, growth, then RevOps, now growth again with an agentic-AI core. I've been a CMO, run a 20+ person P&L, rebuilt CRM stacks from scratch, and most recently built a multi-agent system that runs real commercial operations. The throughline: I build the systems that make growth compound, and I still get my hands dirty in the automation myself.
A kidney transplant a few years back gave me a sharp sense of what's worth spending time on. So I keep it simple, work with people I respect, build things that actually ship, and don't waste the second chance.

Selected experience
Restaurant management SaaS, DACH + BENELUX. Own growth marketing, outbound, paid, CRM ops, brand. Built a 7-agent AI system for commercial operations.
End-to-end commercial ops across Sales and CS. Owned the commercial tech stack and built AI-leveraged automations for Finance and People. First taste of thought leadership.
Rebuilt the commercial engine: full HubSpot revamp, inbound/outbound processes, automated NPS and customer tiering. Pivot from growth into RevOps.
Marketing due diligence on acquisition targets in the Amazon aggregator space. Red flags, opportunities, growth forecasts feeding investment decisions.
First C-level title. Repositioned a consumer brand on a minimal budget and built a strategy to grow D2C revenue 20x over three years.
Four promotions in four years, IC to business-unit leadership. Ran a 20+ person P&L, powered 5M+ rides, cut 14,000+ tons of CO2, then pivoted B2C to B2B software.
Built Paraguay's first rental e-commerce platform (profitable in under six months) and its first carpooling platform. Won the CARMA AXLR8R and two World Summit Awards.
